Personal Training
Personal Training, presented by Mikail Ali Çetiner, is a highly disciplined and strategy-based development program designed specifically for each individual. This program is based on the Aslando System and is tailored to the participant’s physical capacity, mental resilience, and strength of character. Unlike standard group training, private training is planned according to the individual’s goals, professional needs, and current level. The aim is not only to teach techniques but also to in-depth develop controlled strength, conscious reflexes, and strategic thinking skills. The program includes:
- Personalized self-defense techniques and tactical applications
- Exercises in maintaining composure and making correct decisions in crisis situations
- Reflex acceleration and area control training
- Modules for improving physical endurance and coordination
- Exercises in mental discipline, focus, and stress management
- Scenario-based applications specific to the profession (manager, security personnel, athlete, etc.)
Each private training process consists of analysis, planning, implementation, and evaluation phases. The participant’s progress is measured regularly, and the program is updated accordingly. Thanks to this structure, development is systematic and sustainable, not random.
